A Private session to learn more about Pilates and to ask as many questions as you like. This is a great chance to get a tailored programme and experience that suits your body's needs. We can do rehabilitation work or maybe just the chance to work a little more on the things you like.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please log in to your profile and cancel/reschedule as soon as possible to avoid cancellation fees. You will be charged the entire fee if you cancel less than 12 hours before the class, with no exception.
