Service Description

These classes are open to everyone, from newbie to seasoned mover. We will always cover the basics and continue to develop exercises as the class progresses. Modifications are available to all. The studio is warm, well lit and very welcoming. Please bring your own mat and equipment.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please log in to your profile and cancel/reschedule as soon as possible to avoid cancellation fees. You will be charged the entire fee if you cancel less than 12 hours before the class, with no exception.
