1-to-1 Private Class
Working with Liv privately from the Living Pilates UK home studio, you will learn an in depth understanding of how your own body moves, where your strengths and weaknesses are and how to practice in a way that is safe for you, with all the benefits. Walk away with a set of personalised exercises that you can practice to make you feel confident and stronger again.
2-to-1 Semi-Private Class
In a 2-to-1 setting, you can move with your friend or family member with confidence that you're in it together. Liv will guide you through a practice that focus's on what you want, be it more core strengthening, increased flexibility or simply a bit of calming head space. You get the detailed, personal attention of a private class, but without feeling the pressure.
6-Week Group Classes
These group classes run across 6 consecutive weeks. All exercises are done on the mat, following the contemporary style of pilates, based on the original 36 exercises but with a physiological focus. You will feel stronger quickly and gain confidence in this friendly group setting. Bring your own mat. All abilities welcome.
Phone Consultation
If you are new to pilates, and want to find out a bit more information about what we can offer to you, book into a phone consultation and we can help you figure out where is the best place to start. Or if you want to join, but have some concerns with some injuries or ailments, we will help you assess what is the best route to take.
Workshops
Workshops happen around the year and each one will have a different focus. Usually 90-120 minutes this slightly longer class time will give you an in-depth focus on the topic, be it 'Pilates for runners' or 'Moving the pelvis'.
